Shipping policy

Maker's Receipt shirts are print on demand. That word means your shirt does not exist until you order it. Printify's US print network prints and sews it after your order comes in, then hands it to a carrier. Here is what that means for timing, cost, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Production time comes first

Before your order ships, it has to be made. Production averages about 1 to 3 business days. That clock starts when your order is placed and confirmed, not when the shirt lands on your porch. Once production is done, the shirt ships and you get a tracking number by email.

Checkout time and shipping time are two different clocks. If you order on a Friday, production may not finish until the following week, since production runs on business days. Add shipping time on top of that. We are telling you this up front because we would rather you know the real timeline than guess wrong and worry.

Shipping cost and options

Shipping is charged to you, the customer, and shown at checkout before you pay. Right now Standard shipping is selected at USD 4.75. There is also an Economy option at USD 3.99 for orders within the United States, but it is not the option currently active on the store. If Economy is turned on later, the checkout price will reflect it plainly.

We focus on shipping within the United States. Printify's US network is built to fulfill and ship domestically, so that is where we are strongest and fastest.

Tracking

Once your shirt ships, you get a tracking email automatically. Use that link to watch the package move. If tracking has not updated in a few days, that is common with carriers during busy periods and does not always mean a problem.

If a package is lost or stuck

Sometimes a package stalls in transit or tracking shows no movement for an extended stretch. If that happens, email mrterryjcarter79@gmail.com with your order number. We will look at the tracking history with you and, if the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. We ask for a little patience first, since most stalled tracking resolves on its own within a few days, but we will not leave you hanging on a package that never shows up.

Address accuracy

Double check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order enters production, we cannot guarantee an address change will reach the shirt before it ships. An email to us as soon as possible after ordering gives us the best chance to catch a mistake before production starts.
